• M&A law and foreign investment support

  Establishment of joint ventures and business associations (including negotiation of shareholder agreements and other types of collaboration contracts between parties), private equity and venture capital acquisitions, and all extraordinary corporate transactions, handling all aspects of complex operations involving multiple jurisdictions.

• Corporate law

  Company formation, drafting of bylaws, advice during shareholders’ meetings and board of directors’ meetings, as well as ordinary management support.

• Commercial law

  Assisted prominent industrial groups nationally in both domestic and international contracts, facilitated the conclusion of commercial and industrial joint ventures in Italy and abroad, also providing preliminary legal opinions for proposed business activities.

• Civil and commercial litigation

  Worked closely with various corporate entities, including multinational ones, Italian and foreign, representing them in judicial and arbitral proceedings, including international cases and alternative dispute resolution.
