We anticipate from now that the candidates who wish to apply for the Corporate, M&A and Corporate Governance Department will be actively involved in important extraordinary operations (in all phases ), both domestic and cross-border, also dealing with ordinary day-to-day corporate-commercial consultancy, also in contractual and industrial matters . Each candidate within the work team will deal with: (i) opinions on commercial and corporate law, (ii) drafting and revision of commercial contracts, (iii) corporate secretariat and legal assistance in management of extraordinary operations (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc), (iv) legal due diligence and (v) legal compliance (Protection of personal data, Legislative Decree 231/01, etc.). Candidates who want to apply for the Litigation Department will be actively involved in important civil, commercial, corporate and industrial law disputes. Each candidate, within the work team, will mainly deal with the drafting of deeds and opinions, participation and assistance in hearings, debt collection activities and executive securities and real estate procedures. Each candidate must comply with at least the following requirements : (i) Degree in legal disciplines; (ii) Graduation mark higher than 108/110; (iii) At least three-year experience in the specific sector; (iv) Qualification to the profession of Lawyer; (v) Strong motivation to practice the profession of Lawyer; (vi) Knowledge of corporate governance systems and of the main commercial contractual clauses or of the civil trial as well as of civil and commercial law institutes; (vii) Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (C1 / C2) for the Corporate, M&A and Corporate Governance Department, (at least B2) for the Litigation Department; (viii) Excellent knowledge of the Office package; (ix) Excellent interpersonal and team working skills; (x) Flexibility and dynamism. It is specified that the Curricula without the requirements mentioned above will not be taken into consideration.
